The Ilha de Pharos development has 2 residential towers and stores of the active façade type, with the aim of integrating the development with urban life. The box-shaped volumes, composed of a woody aluminum brise soleil, are the plastic highlights of the project.

The buildings have different shapes, giving the project more diversity and dynamism. Even so, both buildings harmonize through their volumes and colors. The project also features innovations such as the Rooftop leisure area, prioritizing common over private use in this highly valued environment.
