Get to know Leaf Morro Ipiranga, a development launched by an up-and-coming construction company and designed by Pinheiro Martinez

SBR Empreendimentos (@sbr.empreendimentos), the revelation company of the Ademi 2023 Award, has just launched its newest development in Barra, Leaf Morro Ipiranga. The building, 500 meters from the waterfront, is designed by Pinheiro Martinez (@pinheiromartinez), which has created a contemporary and bold style to provide well-being and sophistication to its residents.

With two-bedroom, en-suite apartments and a gourmet balcony, Leaf has a wide range of leisure facilities, including a Gourmet Space, Sport Bar, Gym, Coworking, Kids Space, Laundry Room, Pet Place, Bike Lab, Bicycle Room and Lounge with Grab & Go structure, and the design of the common areas is also signed by architects Adamo Pinheiro and Patrícia Martinez.

Created from scratch in BIM (Building Information Modeling), the design methodology provides more accurate and complete information for the construction company, ensuring an efficient and responsive model. This is the main working tool used by Pinheiro Martinez, a pioneer in Salvador in using the system for architectural projects.

Leaf Morro Ipiranga has several sustainability-oriented items, such as a landscaping project, solar energy generation panels, water reuse and the use of rainwater, all of which guarantee the development the IPTU Verde. In addition, with a privileged location, the building is close to the main tourist attractions in Barra, and has a wide range of shops and services in the region.
