Guarajuba Beach & Country: high standard condominium on the North Coast is launched at lunch in Amado

A lunch at the Amado restaurant (Av. Contorno) in Salvador marked the launch of Guarajuba Beach & Country, the latest initiative from the Metaplan Empreendimentos Group.
With plots from 750 to 2,000 m² and complete infrastructure, the project is set in an area of 500,000 m² of vast natural wealth and was conceived in a strategic location on the North Coast of Bahia, so that owners can enjoy the advantages of the interior without having to travel hundreds of kilometers.
The development, which will include a helipad and the largest swimming pool in the North/Northeast with more than 1000m2, has professionals Patrícia Martinez and Adamo Pinheiro, from Pinheiro Martinez Arquitetura, landscape designer Brandão Freire, from Lanavaranda and Gui Retz, CEO of Ecosys Lagos Ornamentais.
